New Delhi (ABC Live India): The Day 278 Report of COVID-19: Today was the 278 day of India’s Fight against Coronavirus: ABC Research Report.
As per the Ministry of Health and Family welfare till 8 AM of 27/12/2020, there are 278690 active cases, 9761538 COVID-19 patients have been discharged and 147343 persons lost their lives in India till 8 AM of 27/12/2020.
On the testing of the capacity of India, the ICMR in its daily report on 27/12/2020 that a total of 16,81,02,657 have been conducted in India till 9 AM of 26/12/2020. Further, the ICMR reported that 9,43,368 new samples were taken during the last 24 hours.

This covers all documents whose validity has expired since 1st Feb, 2020 or would expire by 31st March 2021
